I’m a Clinical Psychologist and I’m passionate in empowering you to live your best life. My job is to listen and support you, and teach you skills and strategies that can help you get moving again. I always work from a client-centered approach and therefore my session with you is always tailored to your specific wants and needs.

My special interest is supporting and working with parents on their mental health such as pre and postnatal depression and anxiety, birth trauma and parenting issues. I offer bespoke, individualized treatment catered to you, what you need and the best way you work. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities such as:
